The following key terms are used throughout this Agreement to ensure clarity:
SolveGlobe: The online platform connecting companies, solvers, and connectors to collaboratively solve problems.
User: Any individual or entity using the SolveGlobe platform, including Companies, Solvers, and Connectors.
Company: Organizations or businesses that define and submit problems to the platform, seeking innovative solutions.
Solver: Individuals or teams participating in solving problems by analyzing them and providing solutions.
Connector: Users who facilitate connections between Companies and Solvers, expanding SolveGlobe's reach and network.
Problem: A specific issue or opportunity posted by a Company, inviting Solvers to propose solutions.
Problem-Specific Terms: Rules and conditions defined by Companies for their specific problems, governing Solvers' participation.
Platform: The SolveGlobe website (www.solveglobe.com) and related tools enabling Users to engage with problems and one another.
Deliverables: An idea, solution, or Work Product Solvers submit to Problems.
Work Product: Any tangible or intangible solutions, ideas, content, or deliverables submitted by a Solver to a Problem, including configurations, proposals, videos, and any intellectual property developed in connection with it.
Data Protection Laws: Any laws, rules, or regulations relating to data security, data protection, and/or privacy, including but not limited to:
Data Subject: An identified or identifiable person, as defined under applicable Data Protection Laws.
Intellectual Property Rights: All rights, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and moral rights, arising under the laws of the United States or any other jurisdiction.
Malicious Code: Viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other harmful code that may compromise systems or data.
SolveGlobe provides an online platform to help Companies, Solvers, and Connectors collaboratively address global problems. Through the Platform:
Companies post Problems, define requirements, and engage the global solver community for innovative solutions.
Solvers participate by analyzing Problems and submitting creative and actionable solutions.
Connectors link Companies with Solvers, broadening the platform's community and impact.
SolveGlobe acts as a facilitator and does not directly administer Problems or provide prizes. Problems are governed by Problem-Specific Terms, defined solely by the Companies.
By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you also agree to comply with the following related agreements and policies ("Related Agreements and Policies"):
SolveGlobe may update these policies periodically, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of such updates.
Ownership: SolveGlobe retains ownership of the Platform, tools, and associated materials. Unauthorized use constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
Solver Content: Solvers retain ownership of their submitted Work Product unless otherwise stated in the Problem-Specific Terms. By submitting Work Product, Solvers grant the Company and SolveGlobe a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute it for the purposes outlined in the Problem-Specific Terms.
Infringement: Users must ensure that their submissions and use of the Platform do not infringe on third-party Intellectual Property Rights.
All Users of the SolveGlobe Platform agree to:

Problem Administration: Companies are responsible for defining the scope, rules, and requirements of their Problems.
Deliverables: Solvers submit Deliverables based on the Problem requirements. These may include configurations, proposals, or other tangible or intangible solutions.
Reward Process: Companies, not SolveGlobe, are solely responsible for distributing rewards based on the Problem-Specific Terms.
SolveGlobe complies with applicable Data Protection Laws, including EU GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA. Users must ensure that any personal data processed or shared through the Platform complies with relevant laws.
Sensitive Personal Information must be handled with additional restrictions or protections as required by applicable laws.
Users agree to indemnify SolveGlobe against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
SolveGlobe provides the Platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
The Company assumes full responsibility for Problem outcomes and rewards.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [applicable jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
